I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel, particularly enjoying its charming ambiance with historical touches. The cleanliness and overall comfort made it a cozy retreat, though I did experience a few hiccups with noise during my visit. The dining options were decent, but there is certainly room for improvement. Overall, I appreciated the value for my money and the enjoyable atmosphere.

The hotel boasts an amazing location directly on Wenceslas Square, making it easy to explore all the vibrant attractions nearby. The rooms are spacious and provide excellent views of the square, although there is some noise from the street. While the staff were helpful, the dining options for hotel residents left much to be desired, particularly due to the closure of the bar and restaurant during a private event. Overall, it offers great value for a stay in Prague with its wonderful location and comfortable atmosphere.

The hotel has a unique charm with historical elements and comfortable accommodations. Its central location makes it easy to explore the nearby attractions, and the breakfast offers a delightful variety. However, the noise from both the corridors and outside can be quite disruptive, making restful sleep a challenge at times.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and had a mix of modern and vintage decor, but can be a bit noisy especially with the construction outside. They were warm and well-maintained overall.

7.2/10

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The location is absolutely ideal, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the amazing sites of Prague. I found the breakfast to be exceptional with a wide variety of options, and the staff were always accommodating. However, I was really disappointed with my room, as it showed signs of neglect and cleanliness issues, which detracted from my overall experience.

Rooms
5.0
My room was not up to par, as it was not very clean and definitely in need of renovation. There was also a faint smell of smoke that was unpleasant.
Service
6.0
While the staff were friendly, I felt that my concerns about the room condition were not taken seriously. A bottle of Prosecco sent to my room didn't quite make up for the issues I faced.
Location

Dining

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with the highlight being the amazing breakfast spread that catered to all tastes. My room was quite spacious and had an incredible view of Wenceslas Square, making my evenings special. However, the noise from the chambermaid’s area disrupted my peace a bit, so I would recommend avoiding the vicinity of room 410. Overall, a delightful experience, just a note of caution for noise sensitivity.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view of Wenceslas Square from the balcony. However, I had to deal with noise from nearby areas.
Service

The staff were generally helpful, especially in resolving billing concerns, but there were moments of disorganization that could be improved.
Location
